Thank goodness!!!  I am glad to see the numbers going down.  I splurged on food on Monday since we were celebrating our anniversary.  We’ve eaten out almost every day since Jim’s been home, except for last night.  I have been trying to have a salad a day to balance it all out.  I’ll take the one pound loss this week!!  I’m hoping to break out of 222’s next week though.  Zack’s birthday is 4 weeks away and I wanted to hit my 10% goal by then, not sure if I’ll make it.  :/
