Wiped out

I had my day of rest yesterday, we did hardly anything at all and I even contemplated a nap but didn’t get one.  Today I was busy with laundry and running errands.  But I was feeling extremely lazy in the actual exercise department, so I looked up the Zumba schedule and decided to get one more in before the hubby leaves tomorrow.  I’ve never done it with this instructor and she’s way different than the others.  I liked her though.  My legs are already sore and I’m wiped out! 

It felt great to do the class but then we got invited to pizza dinner with the in laws and I ate WAY too much!  I’m pretty sure any calories that were burned in Zumba were consumed at dinner.  Blah! 

Tomorrow starts week 3 of C25K, wish me luck!
