Week 12: Results

Bummer! I gained .8 lbs this week. It wasn't a shock though. Since I've started work and have been extremely tired I haven't been eating too healthy. I'll get back on track this week.

Week 10: Results

I was honestly surprised when I weighed in this afternoon to find that I lost 1.8 lbs. I thought for sure I'd gain or maintain. I didn't do as well as I had hoped to do this weekend while camping, lots of alcohol. Plus we went to Chinese food last night. So we'll see what next week's totals are. But for now I'm happy with my results and keep at it.

A little bump in the road

I weighed in yesterday and was disappointed, I gained .8 lbs. I'm not too terribly depressed about it. I think it's possibly water weight and/or because it's that time of the month. Who knows?! It's not even a pound so I'm not too worried, just a little bump in the road.
