C25K W3 D2

I walked Zack to his first day of Pre-K this morning (tear) and then came back home, switched strollers and Ryan, cinder block and I were off and running (kind of).  It wasn’t bad with the stroller!  I was running 2 hours later than I was last week so it was a bit warmer but not too bad.  The workout felt great!  I was able to clip a cheat sheet to the stroller so I knew exactly what I was supposed to be doing.  So no rocks or ring this time.
