Winter workout

We got the snow storm that they were predicting.  While Ryan was napping, Zack and I went out to play in it.  To get a little workout in, I decided to try running (in boots) while pulling him in the sled.

In about a half hour it burned about 169 calories!  I wasn’t running the whole time, just off and on, up and down our street.  Thanks for the workout, Zack Attack!

I didn’t make it to Z.umba because the roads were nasty!  So instead I hopped on the treadmill while Jim entertained the boys in the garage.  I got in 2 miles and did a few crunches that we do in a Z.umba song.  I worked at it until I burned 400+ calories.
