Ripped in 30?

I bought this workout video the other day when it was on sale.  I have heard great things about it so I decided to give it a try.  I like that the workouts are only 26 min and combine cardio, strength and abs.  My hope is to alternate it with the 30 Day Shred.  We’ll see how well that goes.  We haven’t had much snow here in the PNW but I’m assuming it’s coming.  So if I can’t make it to Zumba then I’ll do these at home. 

I did it for the first time today.  I liked it!  There were only a few times that I had to stop when she kept going.  The abs seem the hardest but that’s clearly where I need the most work!  I can already feel it in my legs.  Now let’s just hope it’s not like the Shred where I was sore for days!  Smile
