Pavement

I got to hit the pavement today!  While Ryan was sleeping and Zack was playing a game with Grandma I headed out for a jog.  It felt good to get outside again.  Although it was pretty dang cold and about 2 blocks from home a few snowflakes started falling.

I started out strong but only lasted 6.5 minutes before I had to walk up a small hill.  My next jog was for only 3.5 min but then after a 1.5 min walk I was able to jog the rest of the way.  It felt great!!!  I sure wish Spring was closer than it is.
