There goes my 5% goal.  :/  But I expected a gain and can only be upset with myself.  I did not try the past week at all, other than the family walk and hike.  Jim leaves bright and early tomorrow and unfortunately I’m looking forward to it.  Not so I can be without my husband but so that I can get back on track.  It is much more difficult when he’s home and we’re constantly on the GO.  So, here’s to getting back on track!!

  1. Just think -- in order to gain 2 pounds you would have had to ingest 7000 calories more than you burned. Unless you pulled that off, it's likely some water weight. It'll move back in the right direction soon. Don't beat yourself up!
