Dreading it

I’m dreading my weigh in tomorrow!  I haven’t made the smartest food decisions and wasn’t able to get hardly any activity in.  And to top it all off my monthly visitor arrived, she’s nice like that.  So instead of skipping it all together, I’ll still weigh in but I’m warning you…it won’t be pretty!!
