feel the burn

I felt the burn from today's workout and I loved every minute of it.  By this evening my legs and arms were aching.  I had to work hard because I knew I had an evening with friends planned.  I did great eating during the day so I didn't feel too guilty when I ate at our wine and pinterest craft night at my friend's house.

Yellow is NOT my color but I wore it in honor of my cousin Nolan


just for the heck of it.  I promise I'm not pregnant.  WTH?
