C25K W2 D2

I was able to get out at 7am and do my run/walk.  It was chilly at first but it felt good.  The first few jogs were tough, it was like my body was still stuck on week 1 and I’d look at my stop watch after  minute.  But the last three were easy.  My legs aren’t near as sore as I thought they would be. 

*I forgot to mention that as I was doing my walk/jog a woman on a bike kept riding by me. On her way home (I’m assuming because that was the last time I saw her) she looked at me, smile and said “good job!”  I thought it was nice!

I signed up for the program online and can’t get in to access my information now.  It irritates me because I even paid for it.  I have sent them an email and hoping to get it resolved soon.

  1. Good going! I am proud of you for sticking with it while Jim is in town. I know that has been a struggle for you before.
