C25K week one

I finished C25K week one this morning. 

It was another HOT one here in the PacNW but I did it.  It felt great and I am really looking forward to week two, never thought I’d say that.

I also bought a Pedometer/Heart Rate Watch this evening.  I bought it without reading reviews so I’m a bit disappointed now after reading them.  It has horrible reviews!  It does so many things I’m not sure how it all works yet.  I’m going to give it a try but if it does what the reviews say then I will return it.  I guess that’s what I get for being cheap.  LOL
