Upcoming events

I added  a section on the right side bar, upcoming events.  I did this because I just signed up to participate in the Heart Walk on Sept 17th.  I will be walking it with my mom but am tempted to run it because that will be about the time that I finish my C25K training.  We’ll see.  If you want to help support me click HERE.

I have also went out on a limb and entered a 10K!!!  I’ve walked several 5K’s but have never done a 10K before.  So at first when my friend L asked if I wanted to do it with her I was scared.  But then as we talked more about it I started to get excited.  It’s called the Wild Moose Chase Trail Run.  It’s up on Mt. Spokane and you walk the trails of the mountain.  Sounds amazing!  I’m so excited.  Now I just have to find someone to watch the boys because Jim doesn’t get home until the next day.  Wish me luck!!
