Weekly weigh in

I’m glad I lost but really hoped for more.  I worked out 3 times this week and apparently that still wasn’t enough.  In almost 4 months I’ve only lost 14 lbs and that frustrates me!  Last time I did WW at home (June 09-Aug 09) I lost 14 lbs and hit a wall (and then got pregnant).  I feel like my body gives up after that.  I’m not sure what to do to jumpstart it again.  I know I don’t eat over 2000 calories like my scale says I should.  Maybe I should start journaling it to see.  But honestly that’s what burns me out with WW.  I feel like I have enough to do with two small kiddos at home by myself that that’s just one more thing to add to my list and stress me out.  But we’ll see, something’s gotta give! 

My mom is coming to stay the weekend with us and I think I might have her take my measurements.  If you take your own measurements, how often do you take them?

And lastly, today started a weight loss challenge for Sarah and I.  This time we are doing most percentage weight loss to win the challenge.  It will conclude at the end of October.  Thank you for doing another challenge with me Sarah and good luck!

  1. You ARE making progress. Look at those pictures you posted!

    I know you want to see the scale move -- so do I. I do understand that tracking can get tedious. Maybe you can just track fruits & veggies and aim for five a day. Or maybe you can pre-plan your meals once the boys are in bed so you know what you have for the day ahead.
