BBM Challenge Day 30 Check in...

According to my scale I am down .6 lbs (225 lbs) but I'm going to see on Thursday morning.  On Friday evening I stepped on the scale and saw 222.8lbs!  I will not get discouraged.  I know my body is changing.   Plus, why did she have to plan a weigh in 2 days after the Super Bowl anyway?!  It seems cruel, especially since our Seahawks WON!!!!!!!  I could've done a lot worse on Sunday and was actually a bit proud but what I did eat had lots of sodium.

Speaking of changing, here are my measurements which I'm pretty excited about!  (Here were my first measurements.)  I took progress pictures but wish I would've done my first ones with clothes on so I could share them.  I did them in a bra and underwear instead.  I took some with clothes on today so hopefully you'll be able to notice a change by the 60 and 90 check ins.

Chest  42" (-2.5")
Waist  44.5" (-2.5")
Hips  51" (-1)
R Thigh  20.5" (-2.5)
R Upper Arm 14" (same)

Total= 8.5 inches lost!!!!

I really am loving this challenge.  I love that I can do these at home and they don't take more than 30 min.   I am incredibly proud of myself for sticking with it for the full 30 days so far, not missing a single one.  I did switch cardio and strength around last week but I completed both.  I really believe that starting the group was great for accountability!

I'm a little nervous about what happens after I finish the challenge.  My body will be used to working out 6 days a week so I'm going to have to keep it up.  I'm hoping she'll do another one once we finish.  I've also thought about doing her meal plan but I'm not sure.  I've seen some of the stuff that's posted and not all of it looks appetizing.
