BBM Challenge HALF WAY Mark! 3rd Fit test

Today marks our half way mark with the BBM Challenge.  I am extremely proud of myself for sticking with it consistently for 45 days!  I'm sure I couldn't have done it without the support of my FB group.  I feel great and am starting to see changes which helps my motivation. 

Today was also the 3rd fit test.  I didn't feel all that strong this morning which was kind of a bummer.  Here are results from all three fit tests, today's are in red.

speed squats: 26/39/33
knee highs: 67/lost track/didn't count
Pushups (modified-on knees): 19/33/21
jump squats: 16/28/25
Tricep dips: 17/19/20
Burpees: 5/10/6
lunges: 20/17/20
plank: 50 sec/ 50 sec/50 sec
