I'm half way through my Nutritional Cleanse.  I don't have the increase of energy like everyone says but I do feel a bit better.  Today is the start of shark week so I'm wondering if I would've lost more had I not started today.  I'm not going to dwell on it, I'll take what I got.  I'm  hoping to see the numbers drop next week too!


I signed up to do the 2nd annual Jelly Bean Virtual Race.  This will be my first time and I'm kind of excited. I've only done one virtual run in the past and it was nice because I could do it when and where I wanted and NO sign up fees!  Click here to sign up FOR FREE and you get to pick your race. The info says that you can print a race bib, and ANYTIME between April 1st and April 8th, you complete your race.
