Week 5 weigh in

I was disappointed with myself when I stepped on the scale.  I had a strong feeling that I would have a gain so I should’ve expected it.  I didn’t get the exercise in that I wanted this week, despite my 2 mile walk on Wednesday.  I was hoping to get some more in this week without kids but the weather is turning out to be crappy and I’m NOT attempting Zumba at home with Jim here.  LOL

But my eating was crappy.  We had pizza on Wednesday, a friend over on Thur, Jim got home on Saturday and went out for dinner, out for dinner on Sunday too and then ate better yesterday.  It’s extremely difficult to stay on track when Jim’s home.  He’s home until next Monday and I’m going my hardest to stay on track.
