I’ve tried to incorporate more activity into my day, as I mentioned in a previous post.  I wasn’t able to do anything on Friday, other than a very short walk to the park (maybe 1/4 mile?) because we were busy all day.  Yesterday we hit some yard sales and did a little walking but not much at all.  I mowed about half of our backyard before running out of gas.  It was a bit muggy out so it felt like a good workout. 

I bought a new double jogging stroller at one of the yard sales and was anxious to try it out.  So today I loaded up the boys and headed to Fred Meyer for lunch.  We walked approx 1.86 miles and we all enjoyed it.  Ryan enjoyed it so much that he fell asleep.  Smile  I even JOGGED for a little bit of it!  Don’t get too excited it wasn’t much just a little here and there but it was more than I normally do.

I have come up with a plan for future walks too.  Ryan does pretty well sitting for them as long as we’re moving.  Zack gets a little antsy at times, so I plan to charge his DVD player so he can watch a movie while Mommy gets moving!
