Week 7: Results

This week was a busy week so I finally got over to my parent's house yesterday to weigh in. I think I say this every week, but I was a little nervous weighing in. We had a BBQ on Wednesday and then ate out twice this week. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I lost .8 pounds! I was hoping for at least a pound so I could hit my first goal, 12 lbs. But hey, that's ok...I'm not complaining!!!

So, now only 57 more pounds to go. Seems like a long ways away but that's why I've created smaller more achievable goals. I'm hoping once I start exercising more regularly then it will kick it up a bit.

  1. Good job! You have to be proud of the fact that you have consistently lost for seven weeks in a row. They say it takes two months to make a habit out of something, so you are almost there!
