I'm glad that I had a loss, even if it is only .2 lbs.  I know I didn't get all of my water in yesterday for some reason it seemed easier to do that when we were at the hospital.  I haven't worked out in a week, since my brother's accident.  I miss Z.umba!!  The weather has been crappy the past few days so I haven't been able to get outside either.  It's currently 43 degrees and raining, where is summer?!  I have done good with eating and hardly steered from the challenge.
