Week 12: Results

Bummer! I gained .8 lbs this week. It wasn't a shock though. Since I've started work and have been extremely tired I haven't been eating too healthy. I'll get back on track this week.

  1. It's alright. Life throws changes at you, and sometimes it takes a bit to catch up to them.

    You did better than I! I could've cried when I stepped on the scale at WW in Boulder. Two pounds or so up! But hey...two weeks of eating out is rough. I am back on it today since we're home. That's life.
