Phew, I was glad to see 220 again. I weighed myself yesterday and saw 222 again and about screamed. I am proud to only have gained .2 considering it is that TOM. I also had THREE slices of pizza last night plus a breadstick. Now I know it won’t reflect already on the scale but it feels like a heavier food to me than say, the salad I was going to have.
I have my 20 min jog today which I’m DREADING but I’m going to do it. I’ll check back in if after I survive.
Then tomorrow is my 10K on the mountain. My friend Lyndsey thinks it’s going to be a tough one since it’s on the trails of the mountain. I’m nervous because of the unknown but I won’t have the boys so it will make almost anything possible. Wish us luck!
