My friend called me this morning and told me she wasn't going to Working Woman Wednesday. I was relieved because it made my decision for me...I would work out.
I gave the boys an early bath and loaded them up. I forgot to mention that I mapped out a new (old) route for the rest of my weeks. The route I normally takes has smallish hills and even though they are small they still seem hard. So I am going a flat route and it works great.
It is much more enjoyable by myself or just one child. The fighting gets really old but we made it. It felt good too! The second 5 min run wasn't as bad as Monday's. I look forward to Friday already!
Instructions
Brisk 5 minute warm-up walk, then
jog 3 minutes, walk 90 seconds, jog 5 minutes, walk 2.5 minutes, jog 3
minutes, walk 90 seconds and run 5 minutes. Finish with a 5 minute cool
down.
