I got up early again and finished week 2! It felt good and didn’t seem difficult at all, in fact I ran a little extra at the end. I have heard that week 3 is tough so I’m a little nervous especially since I’ll be back at it with a stroller and 60+ pounds in it.
The program says that the duration is 30 min but I always thought it was odd that it took longer. That’s because I was doing 2 extra jogs and walks! I was doing 28 min of jogging and walking instead of 20 min. No wonder! This is why I would love to have a fancy phone with an app.
