I did it, I completed week 4! I somehow was about 30 sec off (faster) than the last two days which kind of threw me off. The last 5 min jog was rough for some reason and I'm a bit nervous to move on to week 5. But I know I can do it.

5 minute warm-up walk, then jog 3 minutes, walk 90 seconds, jog 5
minutes, walk 2.5 minutes, jog 3 minutes, walk 90 seconds and run 5
minutes. Finish with a 5 minute cool down.
