Oh.my.goodness, this workout was killer!!! Each run I looked at my watch at exactly 2.5 min. But that actually helped me in a way because I knew I was half way done. My legs ached a lot more today and I felt all three jogs were harder. I'm not sure if it's because of my activity over the weekend where I didn't get my days of rest or what. Phew! I'm glad to have finished this and feel proud too!
Ryan fell asleep again on the way. Does anyone else's eyes water while working out?

How do you look so good post-workout? Or are these photos pre-workout? I come home looking like I was just used and put back wet.
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, my eyes do water when I am doing some strenuous. Must be a connections somewhere -- maybe I'll ask one of the docs at work. Or Google. Google knows everything.
These are all post work out pictures. I don't sweat much, ever. Well, other than the boobs and chub rub area. My face gets really red, as you can see, but that's about it. But thank you! :)
