I did it! I jogged for 3 minutes, not once but twice! I was seriously nervous about this one since the jump from 1.5 min to 3 min seems like a big jump. But I did it and didn’t even have to stop during the long jogs. My legs didn’t hurt, the only hard part was my breathing.
Since I went by myself I didn't have rocks to help keep me on track. he he So instead, I made a cheat sheet on him hand, see it?!
*Update, we spent all day at Pig Out in the Park. I ate horribly but was on my feet ALL.DAY.LONG! My legs are now killing me!!!
