This is down from last week which is good but I still hate that big of a gain. I don’t understand it either. I have ate better since the hubby left and have been working out. Like I said in previous post, I’m hoping the journaling will help the numbers go down. I did make it to the store after Zumba for some healthier foods and have to go back again today.
