I’m back on it. The last time I did it for longer than a few days was in September and I only lasted 2 weeks. I’m determined to do it this time. I’ll use my diet minder journal during the day and then input it into my bodybugg program at night. Even though I went over my points today, I’m hoping this will steer me in the right direction.
