Ripping it

My mom stayed at our house this weekend since my dad was out of town racing.  We love our Grandma weekends!!!  Last night after dinner Zack asked if he could work out, with my weights and mat.  I first told him no and then after him begging I decided we could do it.  We turned on the Ripped in 30 video and Mom and I did it in the living room…with two small children, lots of toys and one dog who kept getting in our faces!  It was interesting to say the least.  But we did most of it, having to stop here and there and with a few interruptions (aka children on our backs or stomachs).  According to my bodybugg I burned 141 calories in those 20 min, not too bad!
