I hate this! In weeks past I’ve looked forward to weigh ins in a way, to see how far I’ve come. I did see 219 once this week and I was ecstatic! So I wasn’t sure what it would say this morning. When I saw 223 I about cried!!! I wasn’t expecting it to be that high. I know my eating habits haven’t been spectacular since Hubby was home but they weren’t terrible either. I think my biggest downfall was only one jog and one workout class in 10 days. OH and probably the candy and several batches of cookies that I made for all three of my boys. I have NO self control with cookie dough. I try, I really do but end up caving until I have a stomach ache. (FTR, I made Jim take all the cookies and most of the candy with him.) I can’t imagine that those things would cause a 2 lb weight gain, but obviously it did. Gah! I am starting week 9 all over again, no excuses!! T minus 2 weeks until the Jingle Bell Run!
On another note, I’m a week behind but a BIG congrats to my BFF, Sarah. She won our weight loss challenge that we started in August. She lost 2.4 lbs and I unfortunately only lost 1.6 (sad). Congrats Sarah, I’m so proud of you, your reward will be on it’s way soon!!!
