I successfully completed the Couch to 5k training program!
It feels good to have completed this! Today was a little more tough. I don’t know if I lost momentum because 8 min into my jog Ryan woke up from his nap for his binky so I obviously had to slow down or what. I watched a tv episode after that and it seemed to help a bit but it still felt tough.
Last time I did my treadmill jog, Thur? The outside of my right foot started hurting really bad. I iced it before going to bed for quite a while and yesterday morning when I woke up it was fine. Weird.
While I jog on the treadmill I always worry about my speed. I don’t know how fast I jog outside and so when I see 3.3 on the treadmill I wonder if it’s slower or faster (God, I hope not) than what I do outside with the stroller. Today I jogged at 3.5 and it felt pretty good. I did bump it up to 4.2 but could only do it for 1 minute before I was winded. I just signed into my pinterest account and saw this under fitness…thank you pinterest!!
So here is my final C25K screen shot. I plan to jog 3-4 times this week, probably 30 min each time, so that come Saturday I’m not dying.
It’s snowing here today (first snow of the season) and I sure hope it’s not next Saturday. Cross your fingers for me!!
