I love Zumba but I was anxious to try out a new class. Last Thursday I joined my friend Jolene at the Y for the 20/20/20 class. It is a strength/cardio/flex class and it totally kicked my butt!! They threw in some Zumba which was nice since I knew what I was doing. The step was a struggle and then you add in the weights and OH MY GOODNESS!!! I was a little sore the next day but Saturday and Sunday I was super sore in my legs, arms and abs. It felt good though. I’d love to do the class more often but it won’t work with my schedule. :/ Maybe I’ll do it each time Jim’s home?
