I was going to do the bike again but all of them were taken. So I decided to try the stairmaster machine! I've been wanting to try it for a while but have been too nervous that I would fall off! Well, I didn't fall off but I only did 10 min because it kept making a weird clunking noise and felt like it was going to break. I was not about to have it break while I was on it!! I did 41 steps/min (I think). It was slow but I definitely got a work out, phew! It said I only burned 91.5 calories but it felt like a lot more!!!
Since I didn't get a very long workout in and my arms were feeling a little neglected, I decided to try krankcycle machine. I thought this one was similar to the one I used to do at PT but this is much different. I did 8 min on it and my arms felt like jello! I kinda liked it!
