I made it to the gym for the third day in a row. Bam! However, I'm feeling it now! My legs are sore and I don't want to move!!!
I started out with the elliptical again and did the weight loss work out for 33 min.
I decided to skip the stair machine and opted to run a bit on the treadmill. My legs were stiff as a board and I didn't have the stamina that I wanted. I had to repeat to myself that I could do it, I am blessed with legs that work...use them! I did 25 min with an average pace of 3.6 and I did more walking than running but that's ok.
I then did the krank machine for 10 minutes and seem to be getting the hang of it a bit more.
Now I'm home and want to take a nap! I'm planning on hitting the gym tomorrow and Friday too. Then I will for sure be taking Saturday and Sunday off!!
Shark week has arrived and hopefully all this cardio will keep the pounds off this week.
