Phew! I was a bit worried when I stepped on the scale the other morning and saw 225! I am ok with my numbers today. Yesterday we were out an about pretty much all day. Even with doing an hour of Zum.ba (burning 613 calories) I still only had a calorie deficit of 200 because I had 2 fast food meals. Today will be better!

Hi I just found your blog and just wanted to tell you good luck and that I love reading about moms who are trying to get healthy for themselves and their children...I may not have children yet but when I do I hope that I can be a good healthy role model for them.
