My brother and his girlfriend came over so I could go to Zumba. It didn’t work like I expected. Ryan cried almost the entire time! They handled it well from the sounds of it but I still felt bad for them and Ryan. I’m afraid that he’s never going to be able to stay in the child watch center. Separation anxiety sucks!
The class was a little better than last Tuesday which was nice but she’s still not my favorite instructor. It feels good to do Zumba two days in a row though. My legs are sore and as much as I hate it, I love it. Tomorrow I will do C25K Day 2.
According to mapmyrun it says that I burned 357 calories. I am curious to see how accurate it is. Do you use any type of a monitoring device? If so, what kind? I’m looking for something that is affordable but works well.
