Grrr! I am beyond frustrated. I made sure to have a salad almost everyday this week. I did Zumba twice and finished week one of the C25K. I don’t get it! I know that my TOM is just around the corner and maybe that it’s some water weight but seriously, when is all this working out going to pay off? I love the way I feel so I want it to reflect on the scale. I have gained 1.2 lbs the whole month of August. I don’t get it! I will keep on trekking but today I am frustrated!!
Keep at it! I totally know what you mean that you want to see the progress on the scale, but I see you making progress in so many other ways. Your face is thinner. You bought close in smaller sizes. You've been active. You're changing your diet.
