I started today and felt pretty good with the 50. I am worried how I'm going to do 200+! Hopefully it will be no big deal towards the end of the month. Wish me luck!
Lucky it got changed to the three sets of 15, isn't it? I think that is way more doable. I don't think I'll go up to as big of weights as is listed (mostly because I don't have that large of weights at home), but should be good. So glad you are part of the group!! :)
Hi! I am a 30 something mom, wife, daughter, sister and friend. I have two sweet and fun little boys. I am determined to get healthy not only for myself but also for them. I want to be there for them for years to come. I want and deserve to have the energy and stamina to keep up with them. For as long as I can remember, weight has been a battle for me.
