This week has been tough. Last week I felt like I had a lot of physical activity just in the few days we were in Seattle. I did an ok job of eating. This week I constantly felt like I was hungry. I had a few days and times of binging. Mother’s Day we had Mongolian BBQ which is a lot of sodium. I weighed myself this morning (like normal) and had gained .4 lbs. I drank a TON of water today and even went on two walks with the boys probably totaling 2 miles. So I decided to weigh myself this evening to see if that combo helped at all and it seemed to have, I lost 1.2 lbs! Wish me luck for this upcoming week.
