Today was the 2nd Fit Test and here are my numbers:
speed squats: 26/39
knee highs: 67/lost track
Pushups (modified-on knees): 19/33
jump squats: 16/28
Tricep dips: 17/19
Burpees: 5/10
lunges: 20/17
plank: 50 sec/ 50 sec
Let me tell you...I HATE tricep dips and burpees!!!! They are evil and better show great results for all that they put me through!
I am glad to see that I'm getting stronger though!
