I convinced myself to get a 2.6 mile walk in after all. I gave Ryan a bath then loaded him, the dog and the cinder block up (ha). We headed out our normal way and then I decided to change it up a bit. A little after a mile into the walk, the little guy got sleepy, as it was approaching bedtime, and fell asleep. It was a nice peaceful walk and I’m glad I got off my lazy butt and did it.
I sure wish I knew how to calculate how many calories I burned. anyone have any suggestions?
Oh! And my new fitness kit came in the mail on Thursday. LOVE it!!
Good for you! Does Map my Run have a calorie estimator? I think Fitness Pal will estimate based on your age, height, weight, length of walk, etc.
