I wasn't sure how I'd do this week. I've been really bad about journaling lately although I keep a mental note in my head. If we were having unhealthy foods I just made sure I kept my portions small. Well, apparently it paid off. I weighed in this afternoon (hopefully that doesn't screw me up since I normally weigh in the evening) and had lost 2.6 lbs!!!! I have officially lost 10 lbs and it feels great!! Only two more pounds and I've reached my 5% goal. Good bye 240's!
