As I mentioned in a previous post, I am not dieting while pregnant as it's not recommended. However, I am watching what I eat some what. Total so far this pregnancy I've only gained 5lbs. I still eat fast foods, I don't think I could ever give that up, but I don't upsize or over indulge. Because of my work schedule I eat the Smart Ones or Lean Pockets for dinner during the week. With each pregnancy I have found that I get faster quicker which means many small meals for me, so I think that helps too. I'm hoping not to gain more than 15 lbs this pregnancy but we'll see, I still have 8.5 more weeks to go. Then I'm hoping that the pounds I gained will come off easier after the baby is born.
After little Ryan is born I plan on starting Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred since I never got to start it before I got pregnant. This is of course after the doctor gives me the OK.
